Yenny ( Jenny Archbold) was born in South America, Colombia, lived for many years in Kenner, LA and moved to Plano, TX . and recently relocated to McKinney. She is a Graphic/Commercial and Fine Artist. She was introduced to (her favorite medium) oil, by the belated New Orleanian Painter, John R. Campbell and has mastered other mediums such as: pencil, ink, pastel, watercolor and acrylic.
She first taught watercolor to seniors for the \"People Program\", during fall 2008.
Yenny enjoys practicing her creativity as joy, healing, therapy, way of living, entertainment, and gratefulness. She has Solo Exhibitions at the Ballard Artwalk, Seatle, WA, ArtEgg Studios, at . the Marriot Hotel in the New Orleans, LA area.
Participated at the \"Pirate Alley\" and the \"French Quarter Festival Art-Show 2008\". Awarded Second Place at the Lakeside Art-Show-2008 by the Metairie Art Guild in the Metairie, LA area.
Created and served as curator for \"Legacy Merchant Night Event 2009\" art Exhibit, sponsored by Plano Liberty Tax Service and local merchants of the area.
Participated at the \"Paint Downtown Frisco 2011\" in the Frisco, TX area
Showcased at the Allen Public Library at the \"What\'s on Display\" during the month of June, 2011.
